EP302: Roundtable: Samantha Sweetwater, Rudy de Waele and Alex de Carvalho - An exploration of the blueprint for regenerative gathering

    20/08/2026 | 1 h 25 min
Rudy de Waele (LI) and Alex de Carvalho (LI), co-founders of Voices of Emergence — a relational learning ecology bringing together conversations, community, learning journeys and gatherings — together with Samantha Sweetwater (LI, website), co-created The Invitation earlier this year: an intimate gathering of around 50 people exploring what becomes possible when we create the conditions for deeper relationship, collective learning and meaningful action. We spoke of archetypical patterns and synchronicities as well as the the principles and collaborations that need to be in place for a gathering like this to take shape. This is a topic of particular importance in our times as there is symmetry between how we gather and what we can discover. Remembering and adapting technology for gathering in new ways is crucial to move us towards different possible futures. This conversation touches that. Enjoy!

    301. Les Szabo - Purpose Pledge, Purpose Capital and business in right relationship

    09/08/2026 | 1 h 7 min
Les Szabo from Dr. Bronner’s (LinkedIn) joined me on the podcast for a deep conversation about the Purpose Pledge and the work he is spearheading. We explore the misalignment between business and the living world, what it means to operate in right relationship, and how the Purpose Pledge turns values into visible action rather than another reporting exercise. With 90% of a company’s impact sitting in its supply chain and 6 in 10 consumers believing companies are purpose washing, this work feels more urgent than ever. A concrete conversation about regenerative business, healthier forms of capital, and transforming food and agriculture supply chains. Enjoy!

    300. Soloepisode + Interview with Amit Paul - On devotion to movement, inquiry and what's ours to do

    18/07/2026 | 1 h 39 min
Amit takes the time to celebrate the 300’th episode by diving into his work and findings over the last year. Reflecting on what is important now, what is his to do. An invitation to fully lean into what you truly care about and create value, not extract from there. The invitation of inquiry and the possibilities that open up when we let go of the posture of right and wrong and truly begin to love what is here.
The second part of the episode is Fredrik Forss (LI) — good friend and previous guest — interviewing Amit about where he’s currently at. This is a wonderful conversation that takes us deep into what it is to follow the movement above all, what it means to be living and why cultivating a posture and capability for relaxation is essential in these days. 299. Paul Svensson - on the hunt for taste, the love for variety and making food with the land.

    12/07/2026 | 1 h 10 min
Paul Svensson (LI) came by the podcast and we spoke about how the hunt for flavour turned into a passion for regenerative farming and soil creation. We spoke of the transition from seeing difference as a problem to seeing it as an opportunity. We spoke of how good soil is the precondition for good food. How an obsession of data revealed how he (and we all) need to really fundamentally rethink how we eat and grow our food. Paul is on a mission to educate through letting people taste what regenerative tastes like. This was a truly inspiring, hands on conversation about Pauls work at Rosendahls trädgårdar and a look into how an award winning, competitive, michelin star chef found a different relationship to food. Enjoy! Links: website , Moose Island Garden.

    298. Tim Logan, Manda Scott, Nathalie Nahai - Podcasters unite! 4 of us take a look at what we're learning across conversations

    06/07/2026 | 59 min
This is a wonderful episode I get to lean in with Tim Logan (LI) of the Future of Learning Design Podcast, Nathalie Nahai (LI) of the In conversation with Nathali Nahai and Manda Scott (LI) of Accidental Gods. We have more than 1000 episodes between us. I find the observations towards the end being eerily similar although we're all focused on different domains. This is well worth a listen to. Enjoy!
