Larissa Conte (LinkedIn) and I spoke about the work she's been doing on power. We spoke about wattage. The notion that power is an experience not a thought. That we are afraid of power and what we may do with it. We spoke of shadow power: over and the one we give away, as well as the power that serves the whole. Marie Ekeland (LI) founder of 2050 and venture capitalist came on and we spoke about how they are reinventing the VC model so it may contribute to a regenerative future. This is a very hands on conversation that dives into the weeds: the fund structure their alignment model, the world they are hoping to create through their investment, the incentives. It's absolutely excellent.
