Be Thoughtful About Your Ask
When building a community it can be hard to motivate people to find new members. In today’s episode Gina invites you to go back over your work and make sure your ideal member is super clear along with your transition. Having a clear ideal member and transition not only makes finding new members easier, it also adds more value to your community because you have already done the work of getting really specific. When asking your network if they know people who might be interested, be really thoughtful about how you ask and know that by reaching out, it’s a really great way to get specific about your offer.

On the surface one would think that 1:1 coaching would be more expensive than group coaching. In today’s episode, Gina challenges that notion and believes that group coaching should be at the top of your offering. With group coaching or as Gina likes to call it, a “Mastermind” you can grow faster, add more value and make it a more rewarding experience for your members.
